Tim has been researching and writing about procrastination since 1995, for which he has garnered an international reputation. In fact, he has been affectionately labeled "Dr. Procrastination" by his students, colleagues and even the publisher of Mushing Magazine (as Tim has an "other life" as a dog musher). In addition to numerous journal articles, edited books and conference presentations about his research, Tim has made research on procrastination accessible through his website (procrastination.ca), iProcrastinate Podcasts, Don't Delay blog at Psychology |
Today, and a comic strip that he co-authors with Paul Mason. Tim is a passionate and talented professor who has received numerous awards including Canada's prestigious 3M National Teaching Fellowship. The Procrastinator's Digest brings together Tim's research and teaching as it provides a succinct, readable summary of how you might use what psychologists understand about self-regulation failure to reduce procrastination in your own life.
